following consultation with the client.

Terms and
Conditions
1. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required on both
packages. The remaining balance must be settled within 15 days from the
completion of the website.
2. Work on the site will begin once the
deposit and all relevant material (text, photos, etc. ) have been received.
Subsequently, we will forward you a draft design for your evaluation and
approval. The website will be completed within 5 working days of the final
approval date.
3. If our hosting option is availed of, we will upload
your site and set up your domain name (were applicable) to point to our server.
Otherwise, we will supply the completed website on CD together with
instructions on how to upload it to your/your ISP's server.
4. A copy on
CD of the website and basic documentation will be supplied with all
packages.

Notes
1. The
hosting fee will be waived if you decide to host your site on your or your
ISP's server. (see also 5and 6 )
2. The annual
charge for US registered domain names (.com/.net/.org) is Eur15.00. Locally
registered domain names (those with a .mt suffix) attract a setup fee of
Eur60.00 and a yearly fee of Eur60.00. Further conditions apply.
3.
Text is to be supplied either complete or in point form.
4. Images must
be supplied by client in electronic or print form. The number of images per
page does not include graphic or decorative elements (ex: logo, stock photos
etc.) which will be included at no extra cost.
5. The hosting option may
be required in order for the Online Contact Form to function properly. If this
is not possible, we will deduct Eur10.00 from the invoice total.
6. If
you opt for our hosting option, we will carry on minor updates (ex: contact
details, photos, notices etc.) free of charge whenever the need for such
arises. In all other cases, our maintenance fees apply. Kindly consult the
